1. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to MEGIPTV IE services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Service Description

MEGIPTV IE provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services, including:

  • Access to 10,000+ live television channels
  • Video-on-demand library of films and series
  • Electronic Programme Guide (EPG)
  • Multi-device streaming capabilities

3. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription periods (1, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months). All prices are stated in GBP (€) and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days, except as required by IE consumer law.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information
  • Not share your login credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service only within the permitted number of simultaneous connections
  • Not resell or redistribute our service
  • Comply with all applicable IE laws regarding content consumption

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon subscription. We accept PayPal, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Subscriptions do not auto-renew – you must manually purchase a new subscription when your current period expires.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance, channel outages, or technical issues may occur. No refunds will be provided for temporary service interruptions lasting less than 48 hours.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, share login credentials, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, prepaid periods are non-refundable after 30 days.

9. Content Disclaimer

Content availability may change without notice due to licensing agreements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party channels. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with IE broadcasting laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
